  • Express Shipping:
     Need your order faster? We offer 2nd Day Express shipping for a flat fee of $18.95.

        Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Next-Day Delivery:
     For urgent orders, select Next Day Air during checkout. Shipping costs vary based on your order size and destination.
     Delivery Time: 1 business day.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, including LATAM, the Caribbean, and beyond.

  • Flat-Rate International Shipping:
     Orders to international destinations start at $30.95, with rates calculated based on the destination and package weight.

        Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.

  • Duties and Taxes:
     Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

LATAM and Caribbean Countries

We offer specialized shipping services for the following regions:

  1. Direct Shipping with Trusted Couriers:
     Countries include Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.
  • Service: Door-to-door delivery for convenience and peace of mind.

2. Freight Forwarders for Other Countries:
 For customers in other LATAM and Caribbean countries, we recommend setting up a freight forwarder or courier account. If you don't already have one, our team can assist with recommendations to trusted providers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Delivery Policy Notes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
